Transilvania Robotix is an association who has the vision to inspire others and ignite a passion for investing in local youth and tomorrow's technology workforce. Guided by adult coaches and mentors, middle, high school and collage students, develop STEM skills and practice engineering principles, while realizing the value of hard work, innovation, and working as a team. There are multiply activities, that implies technical and non-technical skills, therefore there are many people that could be interested to join us.

“Technical skills alone are not enough to ensure a successful engineering career, as engineers need to able to function as a member of a team, think critically, and have a strong work ethic. It’s these soft skills that will differentiate candidates from one another.”  said Angela Froistad, assistant director of the College of Science and Engineering Career Center at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
